Hi, I'm Chava Shapiro

Business owner and mom blessed with five awesome boys ages 6 months to 13 years. (Yes, my house is loud.)

A while back, I came across a statistic that by the time your child turns 12, you've already spent 75% of the time you'll ever spend with them. By 18, that number hits 90%.

I read that and something in me just stopped cold, because I know all too well what it's like to love running your business and also feel like it's taking more than it should.

I've been that mom, the one who rushes through bedtime because there's a client waiting in her inbox. The one who sits at the park scrolling WhatsApp while her kids are calling her name. I've built a business I'm genuinely proud of, and yet there have been more times than I can count that I felt like I was failing at BOTH motherhood and business.

On paper, the business was working and growing. Off paper, I was answering client emails from the bathroom floor and starting to suspect my kids recognized the back of my laptop more than my face.

When I finally stopped following business advice that was built for people without kids and started designing my business more intentionally around my life as a mom, I saw a huge shift in both the way I showed up for my business and for my family. Despite working less, my revenue went up. And I started BEING in the room with my kids instead of just being in the room. (IYKYK)

Can I watch the videos on my own schedule?

Is this going to be a pitch fest?

No pitch fest. This training is designed to give you concrete strategy you can put to work right away. At the end I'll talk about Creative CEO Academy, my 12-week program for freelancers, consultants, and service providers who want to do this with structure and support instead of alone. Of course, if you just want to take the free stuff and run, we're still friends.

Is this for me if I don't have kids?

The language throughout this page speaks to moms because that's the experience I'm coming from, and motherhood is what shaped how I built my business. But the strategies I teach in the training work for any service provider who wants to build a business that supports a full life outside of it. Whether you're protecting time for family, caregiving, health, creative work, or something else, you're welcome here and you'll find plenty that applies.

What if I'm just starting my business?

This is less about where you're starting and more about where you're heading. If your goal is to build a service business that earns $200K to $500K a year without swallowing your life, this training is for you. Doesn't matter whether you're just getting off the ground or already most of the way there, the roadmap is the same.

For how long will the videos be available?
